Pro Turbo · invite-only beta
Your client shares what they need help with. Your follow-ups with your sub stay on your private project — not theirs. No PM suite. No scheduling apps. Just the fix, organized.
They invite you the same way they’d invite a family member. You see the items they want help with — nothing else.
Open any item, tap Copy to…in the overflow menu, and pick a project you share with your sub. The new item lives on your project, not your client’s. Your client never sees it.
Nothing auto-syncs between the two projects. When the work is done, you update your client’s item the way you would over text — on your terms.
Photos, questions, choices, and your client’s answer all live on the item. The next time you’re standing in the bathroom wondering which tile they picked, you don’t scroll through three weeks of text messages — you tap the item.
Photo of the two tile choices, a sentence about price and lead time, posted on the item your client already shared with you.
They tap the item, read what you asked, and reply. No new app to install; the link in your client’s notification opens straight to the conversation.
The decision is on the item. When you’re standing at the supply house next month wondering which one they picked, you don’t have to remember — it’s still there.
When a homeowner shares a project asking for help, FixUpList connects them with contractors in their area through a public, free directory. You list once. Homeowners reach out about a specific project, on a private channel that opens straight to their item.
The directory is free, admin-curated, and sorted neutrally. No paid placement, no pay-per-lead, no take-rate on the work you do. We make money on the Pro Turbo tier (below), not on you.
Add your trades, service area, and a short intro. Listings go live after a quick review.

Flat per-company pricing. The sub you invite as a collaborator joins for free — you don’t pay per seat to coordinate with the people on your jobs.

FixUpList is not a project management suite for running your whole business. It doesn’t do scheduling, time tracking, change orders, or invoicing. If you’re looking for a standalone PM tool to run jobs your clients don’t see, you want something else. FixUpList is for the part of your work that happens with a homeowner — their items, your coordination with your sub on those items, decisions tracked on the item itself instead of buried in a thread. That’s the surface we keep simple.
